The spark was gone and I was left in darkness. It was so damp that breathing almost was too much effort, let alone taking a step forward. Then, it happened. I'm not saying that it was something drastic or a lightning hit me to the point of grilling, no, it was just an ordinary day in my miserable life; the difference was I remember something I had buried too deep it was almost lost. I remember to fight, to keep going, to struggle and never give up. I remembered where I came from accepting your defeat was the same as signing your death, I remembered I could win because I had places to go and people to see.
So I crawled forward or well, to the direction that seemed right.
I'm not sure how long it would take, but defeat is not mine.
And I have a mission to fulfill, I have a strawberry to plant. I know tomorrow I can see that spark. Tomorrow I'll stretch my wings and try.
